Hey folks,

My buddy Dan and I are tentatively planning a photography outing to the UW-Arboretum here in Madison this Thursday, July 26th. Is anyone interested in joining us? We'll be hitting the trails for a good bit of hiking and photography. I think we'll be planning on getting to the Arboretum around 5:30PM. The plan will be to meet in the parking lot outside the visitor center (take the entrance off of Seminole Highway to get there) around 5:30 and then head off to shoot pics by 5:45. (let me know if you're coming so I can give you my cell ...latecomers can then call my cell to find out where we are) Oh...and if you come...we recommend bringing bugspray. The mosquitos are NASTY by the wetlands boardwalk and ponds. Okay...so anyone who is interested please shoot me an email back and I'll coordinate things. I'll be coming from campus with Dan, so I could provide a ride for up to 2 people to and from campus. Remember, the point of this is to have fun, be around other people who are passionate about photography, and to learn from each other. It doesn't matter how good or bad your camera or skills are. It's the process of learning it that matters...and we're ALL learning. So if you like taking photos, consider joining us!
